Custard Cream Filled Swans (Very Tasty)

Cobalah !
200ml air
135g butter-suhu bilik, potong 1cm
180g tepung gandum (ayak + sikit grm n gula(
4biji telur(200g)

Masak butter n air sampai didih, tutup api
Masukkan tpg n kacau lelaju
Bk api jab pastu tutup blk
Masukkan telur n kacau lelaju

Msk dlm piping bag n picit gn nozzle 1m atas loyg sapu myk

Bakar api 2oo sampai kbung, pastu jdkan 170 n biar lg 15 min
